We are pleased to announce a new feature in the latest version of the HKUST Staff App that allows you to show your e-Business Card when sliding at e-identity! On the e-Business Card, the QR code allows anyone to scan and add contact information to their phone's contact list.

The user interface for EV charger booking is enhanced so that all EV chargers' timeslots are shown at one glance.

ISO has recently introduced DocuSign within the IT Support Forum (https://itsc.hkust.edu.hk/it-support-forum/2024) to streamline and secure our document signing processes. The Centralized Agreement into ECM Phase 2 project successfully synchronized 4 types of agreements (Tender, Donation, University Partnerships, Research) along with the Legal Office Agreement/Contract into the Centralized Agreement repository in ECM. The synchronization includes agreements dating back to January 1, 2023. Additionally, a draft version of the Centralized Agreement dashboard has been created for the pilot run, improving agreement management and accessibility.

The new ePDR system enhances flexibility by incorporating features such as flexible overall ratings, adjustable review cycle steps with customizable start and end dates, embedded objective setting, PIP process, calibration process, and an expanded dashboard. These improvements provide users with increased adaptability and convenience within the system. A pilot run of this new system is planned for VPABO, ISO, and HRO.

Along with this convenient new feature, you'll also experience an enhanced user interface, making your app interactions smoother and more intuitive.​

The new ePayment POS system enables departments or service owners to accept e-payments from customers using Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and FPS at the counter.

The objective of the digitization project is to scan and index all physical P-files into SharePoint and ECM, conduct various types of checks (e.g. random document checking, cross-checking against the system), complete disposal procedures, and ultimately make the room available for other purposes.

An enhanced mobile friendly user interface and user experience through the revmap of the web version of Facilities Booking System. It is intuitive and improve the nevigation experience.

Extra Load Application and Payment System go-live and the followings are achieved:

Streamline CPEP Extra Load Application input by program office or faculty with the approval process.

Integrate with HRMS payroll solution for payment.

FMS, HRMS, FPAS, Leave, e-Procurement, Expense (non-travel) systems have been successfully made availabe for the subsidary HKGAI.
