Scope and Objectives
Our Digital Transformation Strategy initiatives aim at supporting the University’s strategic objective of “Best in Class” standards, practices, and operations. The four major pillars are:
- Students/Alumni Systems
- Teaching and Learning systems
- Administrative Systems
- Research Systems
We will work with the system owners from different schools/departments/offices to identify the strategy, roadmap and improvement opportunities via adoption of the appropriate systems, processes and technologies.
We recognize the importance of addressing also People and Process factors in the execution of Digital Transformation. The importance of Change Management has been taken into account in the Digital Transformation journey. Change Agents Workshops have been included to enable the change agents to equip with the necessary awareness, knowledge and skills to assist in driving the necessary changes in their own schools/departments/offices.
