The GZ Research Postgraduate Professional Development program consists of several workshops and modules that must be attended before completing RPg studies. The Professional Development Course (PDC) system allows students to enroll in PDC events and track student progress in PDC courses.

The GZ Student Information System can track students' academic and personal records, from Program Registration, Course Enrollment, and Grading up to Graduation Checking. It allows Hub and Thrust administrators and Central Office administrators to inquire student data.

Our LMS (training.ust.hk) has been enhanced to provide a better user experience for our colleagues and students, as well as some handy functions such as document download and bookmark. To learn more about the new LMS system, please watch our video at https://training.ust.hk/courses/others/new-learning-management-system.

The new event attendance system sends a confirmation email with a QR code specific to an event session. Guests can show the QR-Code at the counter, allowing the reception staff to scan and complete the check-in process. University staff and students can also use their CAP to complete the check-in process. For more detail, please feel free to contact iso via issupprt@ust.hk.

The Expense System is decoupled from the eLeave system to simplify the itinerary input and provide an effective and straightforward Travel Approval application journey.

With competency and area being the new elements of the common core program structure introduced in the new academic year, UCE and ISO teams worked together to have these being launched  to support the program as an integral component of the curriculum.

By integrating SIS with other student systems, the consolidate RPg related student information can be displayed in one source, allowing users to view the information without searching or downloading across different systems

This system supports the Registry team to significantly reduce the manual effort in identifying at-risk students who need additional support from their instructors.
