Subject: High-level Enterprise Information Systems Strategy and Roadmap
Content: This session introduces the reasons for enterprise information systems digital transformation in HKUST, the scope, current status, perceived challenges, expected benefits to be achieved, and the communications plan to different stakeholders. A brief introduction of the change management component is also included.
