ISO has launched the new Administrative Intranet in Sep 2020 and it provides a central gateway to facilitate access to ISO’s applications and other contents. It has been continuously enhanced since then. ISO would like to arrange another briefing session with below details so that you can use it more effectively. Please send to colleagues at your office.

  • Access to Applications (e.g. Apply Leave, My Payslips, ePDR)

  • Staff Communications Directory

    • eForms
    • Jira Issues Management, Online Support Services (with knowledge base search)
    • VPABO’s policies and guidelines (e.g. HR, Finance policies and guidelines)
    • ECM (Enterprise Content Management) controlled documents
    • Room and facilities booking portal

  • How to log your comments and suggestions
