Consultative Sessions from Department Heads

During December 2017 to March 2018, ISO conducted a series of consultative sessions with the peer offices e.g. HRO, FO, ARO, FMO, URAO, PGSO, OIR etc. to collect users' feedback about the enterprise information systems strategies and roadmap for various systems and technology initiatives for the coming few years.    Apart from the technology aspects, they expressed the need to consider the following factors in formulating the strategy and roadmap:

• Manpower resources availability in user departments and ISO
• Phased approach preferred, instead of pushing too much at the same time
• Better planning, need for a consolidated plan
• Adequate communications and consultations - need to address the human factors and concerns from different stakeholders
