The Centralized Award Database (CAD) offers a straightforward auto-upload function to display awards in (1) eBoard, (2) award page of the University website, and (3) School/Unit’s affiliated websites, providing the following benefits:

• Increased Operational Efficiency: By removing the need for multiple data entry across different departmental systems, the CAD will save valuable time and resources.
• Consistency and Accuracy: The centralized database ensures that all information displayed on eBoard and websites is consistent and accurate, adhering to the style guide in the Brand Guidelines , which enhances HKUST's credibility and professionalism.
